The maximum weight of an individual bag is 32kg (70lbs) or less. If your bag weighs more than this, you will be asked to repack your luggage into smaller bags. This does not affect your overall baggage allowance which is determined by your airline. Please check your allowances and the weight of your individual bags before you leave for the airport – this will save you time and any inconvenience. Please note this currently applies to Heathrow and Gatwick airports only.
